Accessibility statement

We treat the accessibility of this site as part of the service rather than an addition to it, and work to let anyone use it independently.
Conformance level
The site is built to follow WCAG 2.1 level AA, as required by Israeli standard SI 5568 and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments to Service), 2013.
What was done
- Full keyboard navigation, with a clearly visible focus indicator.
- A “skip to main content” link at the start of every page.
- A correct heading hierarchy and semantic landmarks for each region.
- Colour contrast that meets the standard, and text that scales to 200% without loss of content.
- Form fields with associated labels and required fields marked clearly.
- The site works fully without JavaScript, and on phone screens.
- Full direction support for Hebrew (RTL) and English (LTR), with the language marked per section.
- Error and success messages are shown as text on the page, not by colour alone.
- An accessibility menu on every page: larger text, high contrast and underlined links. The choice is kept in your own browser and is never sent to us.
Known limitations
We are not aware of any component on the site that is inaccessible. If you run into difficulty, please tell us and we will fix it.
