This is a marketing site. It holds no evidence, is not connected to the review platform, and has no user area. This page describes the only information it collects — what you choose to type into the contact form.
What is collected
- The details you enter in the form: name, organisation, email, phone and the message itself.
- The IP address the enquiry was sent from, included in the message to help prevent automated submissions.
- Technical access logs kept by the hosting company, as on any web server.
What it is used for
To get back to you about your enquiry, and nothing else. We send no newsletters, we do not sell or pass details to third parties, and we do not use the information for advertising.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and carries no analytics, no social media pixels and no content loaded from external servers. Every file on the page comes from this site's own server.
How long it is kept
Enquiries stay in our mailbox for as long as they are relevant to the business relationship, and are deleted on request. We keep no separate database of them.
Security
The site is served over TLS and the form is submitted encrypted. Even so, please do not send confidential material, evidence or sensitive details through it. If material needs to be transferred, we will agree a suitable channel with you.
Your rights
Under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you may ask to see the information held about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Write to yoav@ediscovery.co.il.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page will change with it. A material change will be stated explicitly.
